Products
All products are handmade press-on nail sets. Minor variations in colour, shape, and design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items. These variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Orders & Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Product availability issues
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is considered accepted under these Terms.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR (₹). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated for custom orders (5–10 business days).
Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors once the order has been dispatched.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our products.

Order Issues
In the rare case of receiving a damaged item, incorrect product, or manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing video and images.
Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information including name, address, and contact details when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, product photos, branding, and text, is the property of Clawed 9. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
